Aug 17 20210, my husband and I are cashing out chips that he won at the table. The lady by the name "Yook" who is working at the cage "cashier" ask for his card which its fine although we are confused my husband gave her his silver card. The second time we cash out a chips because its 3:31 am she said, "i have to make a call" and now my husband and I are more frustrated. As a customer I was kick out of the casino because the pit boss lied and said I told her to * off, which i never did say that to her, i told them ask any body on the table and also told them to check the cameras if i said that,but yet as a paying customer,they still kicked me out and had the police escorted me out..at that moment I did not feel safe anymore.HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.!

In September 2018 I was falsely accused of endorsing a check winning two times. I tried my best to have an appointment with the supervisor without success. In December 2018, after all my phone calls, emails, etc, to prove my innocence Live Casino filed a lawsuit against me without evidence of criminal theft, and trespassing without my knowledge. My wife and i have been going to Maryland live since it opened usually once a week in the mornings As Senior Citizens We enjoy the day out and have always had a pleasant time until Tuesday July 14,2020. I had a concert booked there that was moved to a year in the future. The company I bought the tickets from would not refund me even though the new date and time were not possible for me. I sent a quick email to the MD Live Casino telling them how frustrated I was. I was venting, not thinking they could or would do anything... **CAUTION** Do not stay at this hotel BED BUGS, USED CRACK PIPES & WRECKED VEHICLES Problem 1: My husband and I arrived at the hotel On Saturday 31st for a family wedding(80+ rooms were booked for the wedding party). The nightmare weekend started as soon as I pulled up to the hotel. I think they are the. biggest scam artist on the east coast. They send out fliers advertising reduced room rates and when you call to make a reservation no matter how far in advance it is not available. Their rates are always $100 or more over the advertised price. If they do this in their hotel I do not want to go to there casino because it is most likely not legal either
