Kinesiology is like years of therapy wrapped up in a few sessions. Bec gets to the root cause through muscle testing then rebalances you without all the rehashing of old stuff and years of talking it out and crying , I go on a regular basis every 6 weeks to keep me focused on building my business and being the best version of myself.
