Great place to live, walking distance to everything downtown, very reasonably priced. Highly recommended, with a couple small drawbacks. Deliveries are difficult to get outside of business hours due to front door locking on a schedule. Sometimes street or road noise can be a little excessive. Parking garage across the street is rough due to poor cleanliness and a homeless problem. Finally, downtown Macon is SAFE. Not once did I feel at risk, even being in the street late at night.
I had set up an appointment to view these apartments on the website. It looked very nice and was in the process of relocating from Atlanta for work. After submitting a request on the website, I received an email confirming that I would be given a tour that day.
