The entire process from check in, exam and cleaning was unlike any other dental experience. Dr. Mapes is thorough yet very gentle. I was feeling anxious coming in from previous dental experiences elsewhere and I quickly realized I will no longer be nervous making a trip to the dentist. Thanks to the entire staff for a worry and pain free visit!
I had to switch dentists after 25 years and today I had my 1st appointment with Dr. Mapes at LIVCO and I was EXTREMELY impressed!! Brenda at the front desk was very friendly and explained all my insurance details, Olivia took me around and showed me the office and made me feel very comfortable as she took pictures and x-rays. Dr. Mapes came in and spend a lot of time with me getting to know my health history, medications and my dental concerns. Everyone there is very polite and helpful.
Dr Mapes is so very gentle, thorough and honestly caring. I highly recommend Dr Mapes and Livco Dentistry . She has the highest quality of care with the latest in dental technology. Also, I highly recommend Hygienist Carrie as she is also so gentle yet thorough and caring. All of the staff are great.
