Every member of the Livano team have been so helpful & incredibly helpful ; a real class act !!
When I decided to move from Orlando to Lutz/Wesley Chapel, it was such a daunting move for me. But thankfully I found an amazing community like Livano Sunlake! The team has been amazing since day 1 of moving here. Jonathan was so knowledgeable in the units and property when giving me the tour and Ashley has assured me through the process of approval and getting set up to move in. Joi and Ashley have always answered any question I have had and I just can’t be more ecstatic about being here. This is the best community by far I... read more
I toured Livano yesterday afternoon, and it was absolutely breathtaking. On site mini convenience store, secured package room, private suites, coffee cafe, state of the art gym and amenities - having it all does seem possible! Jonathan was exceptional, well versed and knowledgeable on the property and a great asset to the team. I look forward to signing and if anyone is looking for a new place to call home I’d encourage you to schedule a tour! I had the pleasure of having Javier Molina show me apartments at Livano… my experience was off the charts. He’s VERY knowledgeable and has a lot of patience. Javier took the time to show all the amenities that came with this beautiful property. When it came to breaking down the financial aspect of the lease he was transparent and listed all the details making sure I was informed and didn’t miss anything. Unlike other agents he took the time to listen to my needs in looking for the right apartment Thank you Javier
