Livano is great! Javier and Jonathan are so friendly at the front desk Brittany at dog day care is the best!! Sadie loves her!
My wife and I left after a 12-month lease because it wasn’t a great place to live. The little things add up. There were roaches, we lived on the second floor, there were big gaps all throughout the apartments in the baseboard and gaps in every door frame. Elevators haven’t been serviced since 2025. Business center is not free, you have to pay to access it. Never lived at a place where you had to pay for it. Living at Livano Sunlake has been a great experience, and a huge part of that is thanks to the amazing team they have. Javier and Jonathan in the front office always greet you with a smile and make the leasing and day-to-day office stuff so easy. Whenever there's a routine fix needed, Elisha and Dylan on the maintenance crew are right on top of it. They are professional, respectful of my space, and keep the property looking great. It’s rare to find a complex with such a caring staff across the board. Five stars!
