We love our Apartment Home at Livano! Our apartment is spacious, has upgraded woodworking, fixtures, and designed with warmth. The feeling of warmth and friendliness begins with the team of Cayden, Shelly, and Carlos who are led by Property Manager Lisa! Their positive energy, and warm friendliness are a welcome change. We have enjoyed meeting our fellow residents at the bi-weekly events, from Taco Night to Pizza Night to Movie Night!
The tour was great. Got to see everything I needed. Shelly was very knowledgeable and super friendly. Totally recommend this community! The gym is so far my favorite thing there.
Sending a million thanks to Shelly, as my recent move to Livano has been the smoothest move I’ve had over the last 10 years. From the initial phone call to discuss availability, to the application process and smaller details, she was always happy to listen, answer my questions, and provide insight. Overall, this is a great place to live, and I would highly recommend it. I really enjoy the daily complimentary coffee provided in the leasing office and the community feel of the property. My only concern is that the elevator can be unreliable at times.
