Kelsey and Octavia were amazing through the whole ordeal; truly made it easy even though I was such a headache lol. Really great work, great home, great amenities. I greatly appreciate how they went out of their way to show me all three different choices, you won't regret it.
The team has been great. Love living here....... I have been here a year and the staff is fantastic. Liz is one of the best managers I have ever met. She is ontop of it.

Unfortunately, my experience with the application process was very disappointing. The process dragged on for over two weeks without a clear approval or denial, despite us providing all requested documentation promptly. Our bank statements were verified through Vero, and we were then asked to submit the same statements directly to the manager via email.
