I see a lot of the previous reviews and yeah this place has had its issues but honestly every apartment community I’ve lived at has had problems. What matters to me is how things are handled and the office team has always been friendly and helpful whenever I’ve needed them. The community is beautiful and I’ve enjoyed living here. I’d definitely recommend giving Livano Avondale a chance.

Just wanted to leave a review because I hate seeing my favorite people getting beat up over things that are out of their control Ive lived here for a year now and just renewed my lease because I really do love living here Parking can be a hassle sometimes but thats because of people not having common courtesy not because of the office team Plus we all have the option to call the tow company if someone is parked where they shouldnt be My AC also went out and yeah it was longer than I would have liked but that wasnt the staffs... read more

Cheers to the yard crew, that's the only source of professionalism on this property. Management has been consistently lousy from public area maintenance to even just having a working AC unit! 2 weeks in AZ triple digit temperature!!! This ain't section 8, living conditions should reflect the cost.

Management here is absolutely terrible, and do not address resident’s concerns at all. There is an app for the community that is filled with complaints everyday, which management CAN see, yet no substantial improvements are actually being made. Instead, they post some blanket “We are aware of the concerns” statement, similar to what they will probably reply to this review. As a resident, you are overcharged for amenities that never actually do what they’re intended to do, like $35 for covered parking in a lot where no spots ... read more
