I strongly advise looking elsewhere. The soundproofing between units is incredibly poor; you can clearly hear your neighbors' daily activities at all hours, making it very difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, despite being advertised as a smoke-free community, this rule is completely ignored. There is frequent smoking on balconies and noticeable odors throughout the property. My move-in experience was truly outstanding, and the biggest reason was the incredible staff at Livano. Gabriella, Cedrice, and Rebecca are, without a doubt, some of the kindest, most helpful, and genuinely caring professionals I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Beautiful and secure townhomes and apartments. My friend stays in sober living here and is thriving!
Having lived here for more for the past year. I can say that this place is terrible DO NO RENT HERE. Maintenance is slow and argumentative, the walls are paper thin so you ca literally hear everything in your neighbors apartment,( i can hear all my neighbors conversations even those at a low voice), the hallways usually dirty, ( there are bubble gum wraps that were there when i moved in months ago and the halls have never been cleaned ), there is just one door and small window in the living room so its like living in a dark ... read more
