LIV WELL Behavioral Health is the best in the business! I wish I could give them 10 stars. From Dr. Carter to their entire front desk and reception staff, they are always on the ball, professional, easy to work with and proficient at what they do. After a bit of time, I’m loving my experience with this office. Convenient scheduling, staff is very supportive and polite answering questions, and well organized and helpful. I’m glad I found Dr. Carter. It has taken me forever to find a doctor that suits me and I’m glad I don’t have to search anymore. It’s been less than a year and I’m already doing much better under her care. Thank you Dr. Carter.

Provider hasn’t been on time once. And they charge YOU because they don’t show up on time. People have schedules when will providers learn we cannot sit and wait for an hour?

I feel compelled to write this review because some of the negative comments I’m seeing simply do not align nor come close with my experience or with the character of DR. Carter! I have been with this practice since it first opened, and for years she has been the only provider, consistently showing up with professionalism, care, and integrity. They gave me a therapist and she left the practice after I felt comfortable ….after I got another therapist , I tried to contact and book another appointment and they would not answer me. My mental health is declining. No one else would take new patients.
