alot of their reviews are manufactured or manipulated tenants into doing it this is a dorm room its sad apartment complexs like this exist. homeless people sleeping outside for free while they charge me 250 for chipped paint , corespaces remember nobody is invincible . i wonder how Lisfin’s doing not to mention refinancing a property in the heart of tempe while simultaneously asking to already pay for 2027 lease terms… but they got the rooftop tho i like
all of the good reviews are from people WHO DONT EVEN LIVE HERE! people are incentivized to leave good reviews so please disregard those if you are looking for a place to live. this place smells horrible, elevators are ALWAYS BROKEN! So is the gate for parking!! you WILL get locked INSIDE and the people working at the front desk are completely incompetent and have no sense of urgency whatsoever. they are also extremely rude and unprofessional college students who have access to your apartment and will use it to their full ad... read more
Had a great experience with maintenance. My maintenance requests have all been going through quick and fixed day of or the next morning. Ruben came up to help with our oven and fix a light he was very professional and had a great attitude.
Ruben Nunez from the maintenance team was effective and quickly fixed an issue with my shower
