Lived in the building for many years because I had family across the street. It went downhill as the years went on. Many different things happened. Elevator being out for months. Power went off for a week and didn't do much to help us especially with our pets. Laundry machines are broken half the time. Still bearable considering how bad the management is here. I lived here for three years, May 2023-2026. Great location, nice units, massive balconies, and great staff. Maintenance team is very responsive to requests. It was nice to see the building constantly maintained (even if it did cause inconvenience for residents for a few days). Ultimately, the noise from 14th Ave became too much, due to the construction on Colfax (BRT project), and I chose to leave.
I loved my living space. The management team is always on site and helpful. I had garage space which had plenty of room. The gym was nice for a quick workout when I didn't want to leave my apt. This is the BEST strip on Colfax. Rarely any homeless people. Trattoria Stella is the best Italian I've had in Denver. Salvaged Goods is so unique and fun to shop around in.
