I had a very pleasant time building a custom ring with Dora, for the most part...the ring turned out exquisite and there's no doubt that she did a good job making a beautiful ring to the design we came up with together. However, there was a minor issue with the ring several hours after the proposal (very untimely), and the issue was not our fault. In response to this issue, Dora did not adequately stand by her work.
