I had a friend that lived there and said negative things. I met a man that lives there with his wife who said positive things. I've only been outside of the property and as a 20 year veteran of apartment management myself I think for the money, it's a bargain, management is friendly and the location is fantastic. Everything, and I do mean everything, is within walking distance. The bus stop is only 2 blocks away as well.
