We have recently purchased the house in LIV. I've had a great experience with LIV service , thanks much to Ron and Alex. Both of them are great in analyzing the PDI/year end issues and has been on top of fixing the issues . Really appreciate their hard work and service to the customers!
I would give zero stars if I could. LIV Communities has been an enormous disappointment from the moment we moved in. For nearly 3 years since we have closed our property and been living here in Jenner Drive, Paris Ontario (Scenic Ridge), they have refused to install sod in our backyard, despite multiple requests. Because of this, every time it rains, the topsoil they loosely dumped gets washed away, creating a mess and damaging the yard. This is not just lazy construction—it’s neglect. Hello, Please I would like this message to be directed to the head supervisor or head contractor responsible for the Paris (scenic Rigde) homes. These are homes in Brewis Street, most especially Jenner drive. I moved in early summer of 2022 and since then it wasn’t until December 2 2024 that we received sod in the half/ front yard/lawn and the backyard was not touched. Before making a decision please visit their last project Treeescapes at 305 Garner Rd W Ancaster. Residents have been living here for nearly 2 years surrounded by mud, squalor, construction materials, unfinished roads, driveways, no landscaping.
