Great Builder to work with
Really impressed with LIV communities! From start to finish they handle everything with a great deal of professionalism. All issues and concerns are dealt with promptly and the staff are really helpful! I would highly recommend a home by LIV Communities.
Trevor is one of a kind service manager. He is so accommodating, respond quickly with my email whenever I have any issues with regards to my house. I am very happy with his service and very helpful.
The customer care member Christine, has always been able to kindly address any issues. Unfortunately she is no longer with LIV, and all the outstanding jobs are not going to be addressed. That's the result from not being able to follow up after experiencing a long illness, now I check on the outstanding jobs, including the bad driveway coat. They said you're out of warranty. And there's nothing they can do.
Awesome company to work for. Stephen and Nash are very hard working and get back to me quickly with the information needed.
