We purchased a luxury townhome in the Treescapes of Ancaster development by LIV Communities and the experience has been outstanding from beginning to end. It takes more than 4 to 5 years to get the full property with final grading. There are no community services not even play areas for kids. Just houses.
This is by far the worst builder I have dealt with, from building the house to their customer service department is terrible. Do not use this builder if you don’t want constant problems with the garbage homes they build. You’re better off going to another builder. Terrible customer service too, “Virginia” is extremely rude and her boss “Tim” has no clue what he’s doing. I would give them zero stars if I could.
