Spent upward of $500 on a permanent hand chain and anklet which have both broken off. I’ve reached out on multiple platforms - instagram, facebook, and text to get my pieces re welded on. I have not heard anything back from the owner, but can see the business page active on various Facebook groups that I am a part of. Waste of money, super disappointed.

I’m really I bummed to write this review, but here we are. I made an appointment online and even confirmed via email that it was on the books. A couple of hours before my appointment time I receive a text that her power was out and she was working on an alternative, and that we might need to reschedule. No problem. I had permanent eyeliner done by Olivia and wow, she is absolutely amazing! I had previous lash enhancement done elsewhere a couple of years ago that she cleaned up and refined. Olivia's application of the ink is super precise and gentle, which makes a world of a difference in terms of pain and comfort. During my visit, I found out she used to work professionally as a tattoo artist and I personally think that background of expertise carries over to her work now. I went to get a bracelet fixed that I got somewhere else and the service was excellent. She took her time to make sure my bracelet was secure! Great price, too. Won’t hesitate to purchase from there again.
