lived here for a month. washing machine came with mold in it and they still haven’t replaced it. roaches everywhere. apartment was a complete disaster during our move in time so the made a cleaning crew come to clean it (don’t know why they wouldn’t have cleaned it BEFORE you move in) very poor management. oh and don’t bother ordering anything to the apartment because it will get lost.

A great apartment that is prime location! Super close to campus, you could literally walk! It’s so pretty and has such nice amenities. I love Oliv!!
