☆☆☆☆ I would never recommend renting from this property. The conditions were completely unacceptable. The apartment had severe mold issues and a roach infestation that made it unsafe to live in. Eventually, the Health Department determined the property was uninhabitable, and the building was red-tagged, forcing us to leave with nowhere to go. Had the best experience with Luda Kovalchuk! She is very knowledgeable in her field and sold our house for the Asking Price! She made process of selling our house very smooth and easy! If we move back to the Redding area, we will definitely have her as our realtor! She is the BEST!
