We have purchased and sold multiple properties, but our first in CA, so we needed an Agent with deep experience in the local market. Luda guided us to the properties that best fit our wants for location, square footage, amenities, etc. During negotiations and closing, she was in constant communication with the Lender, Insurance, Title, Seller’s Agent and drove the process in a way we hadn’t experienced before. Luda is hands down the best Agent we have ever worked with and we can’t recommend her highly enough.

Luda exceeded our expectations when she helped us purchase a home. She was extremely patient as we were not the easiest clients. She was very diligent and helpful throughout the whole process. I have never had such a kind and amazing realtor as Luda. We’ve bought and sold homes before but this was our first in California and I can’t imagine using anyone other than Luda. She is the only one I’d ever recommend! She even made it into my junk journal.:)

To make matters worse, after we were told we could leave our belongings temporarily while trying to figure out housing, we returned to find everything gone. Years of personal property a... read more

In Oct 2025 my husband and I became interested in a house in Redding, CA. We were driving through Redding on the way back home to Santa Rosa, when we decided to stop by the house of interest without an appointment. When we arrived, we met a real estate agent that was about to meet another client for a showing. Not having time that day, we accepted her card to plan for a future date. It was by chance that we met Luda Kovalchuk. Living 3.5 hours from Redding, she helped us maximize our time to see as many houses as possible wi... read more
