Dr Liu has helped me get my bad cholesterol down 40 points. She looked me write in the eyes and warned me . I followed her advice and I’m making progress. Her team is nice and they make me laugh. I like this office. After a year going I see why my wife recommended her. They are professional and tell you only what you need to do . My wife is a satisfied customer for 4 years

We paid our bill summer 2025. They called 6 months later saying we didn’t, wife was adamant we paid but receptionist / office clerk demanded we pay or it will go to collections, so wife paid it. Third call 5-6 months later staff called demanding payment and wife said we paid 6 months the ago and said we didn’t and yelled at my wife on iPhone. She then hung up on my wife. This was for $89 and we refused to pay a third time for the first visit. Very bad service. I do not recommend

I THINK MOST OF THE REVIEWS ARE OLD, AND CONCERN HER STAFF MORE THAN DR. LIU. SHE'S UPGRADED THE STAFF, AND SHE AND NURSE CANTRELL HAVE ALWAYS BEEN GREAT. PLEASE DON'T LET OLD REVIEWS STOP YOU FROM SEEING DR. LIU.

My daughter and I have been seeing Dr. Liu for a little over a year now and we really appreciate her and her staff. The focus right now is to get my type 2 diabetes under control. She has been very helpful and detailed throughout this whole process. If you are looking for a new primary care physician I would encourage you to give her the opportunity to help you on your health journey.
