I see Dr Liu for multiple eye issues. The cataract surgery he performed was excellent in every way, with perfect results. I attend appointments with multiple questions and have never felt rushed. Dr Liu takes all the time I need to fully address all information. I find his manner very professional, at the same time very personable. The office staff are very busy however, I’ve always found them to be patient, warm and helpful. Nothing is a bother for them.

Very happy with cataract surgery. Excellent eye surgeon. And a very well run practice. Excellence Covid protocols.
Called them for an appointment and the receptionist was so rude. I get it you are booked out but that can be told with a bit of politeness. I didn't feel like calling up again for another date. Instead I called my GP to refer me to a a more customer centric doctor.
