Dr. Helen Liu was extremely rude and impatient. It was a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend her at all.
Went in to have moles removed on my son. Dr. Liu said she doesn’t do that and charged me $400. Not very happy with that.

Dr. Helen has been my derm for a few years. She's very aggressive and has found many cancer sites other doctors missed. She's warm, professional and funny. I strongly recommend her to anyone. Especially those with cancer concerns.
I did not complete an appointment at this office so my review is strictly of my experience with the front office. Ever time I’ve spoken with them they have an unwelcoming attitude. They even snickered at me regarding questions like the possibility of getting in earlier or wanting to know what’s billed on a first appointment. After getting this type of service from the front office, and then re-scheduling my appointment 2 times due to the doctor being out, I’ve decided not to go there.
