The office, dental assistants, and hygienist are so sweet; however, the doctor was aggressive with small children. She was rude when I asked questions.
Clean and friendly. There's only so much you can do for scared children, that's understandable. At the end of the day you expect the doctor to see into your kids mouth for their appointment, that may take some maneuvering as children don't always accept that. I think they handle the screaming well as they are used to it, my child doesn't speak yet and I could tell he was upset but he wasn't in any way mishandled by anyone. Wonderful and caring staff! Dr.Litz is fantastic and very informative. Im glad I brought my son here!
My son is nonverbal autistic and they were AMAZING with him. They were very understanding and patient. I felt so welcomed and at ease. Highly recommended.
