Your Company in all my years never dealt with a management company like yours. This is the Truth not a threat. So please don’t take this personal. I as you all know had a Condominium Exterior Maintenance Company INC. I maintained over 20,000 units per week, with 27 employees with trucks I purchased and Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance. What a complete POS company. Staff is rude, unprofessional and harassing. This is a company that pawns off all of its mistakes onto imaginary personnel above their heads meaning NOBODY made this ridiculous mistake and corrective actions are "not my call". Their "management" team couldn't manage a Play-Doh Fun Factory. Do yourself a favor and consider ACTUAL professionals for property management. This is the dollar store variant.

Would give them a zero if I could. 14 years of doing nothing but collecting checks and doing nothing for homeowners. Last HOA meeting never allowed one homeowner to speak. Run from this management company. So glad I will never have to deal with them ever again!
