What a complete POS company. Staff is rude, unprofessional and harassing. This is a company that pawns off all of its mistakes onto imaginary personnel above their heads meaning NOBODY made this ridiculous mistake and corrective actions are "not my call". Their "management" team couldn't manage a Play-Doh Fun Factory. Do yourself a favor and consider ACTUAL professionals for property management. This is the dollar store variant.
Don't use this company! Ever hear of the expression slum lord? This is how they act. Absolutely no customer service.
Would give them a zero if I could. 14 years of doing nothing but collecting checks and doing nothing for homeowners. Last HOA meeting never allowed one homeowner to speak. Run from this management company. So glad I will never have to deal with them ever again!
