ST.Clairsville Mall has horrible service. I had taken in my diamond ring to be fixed and had to call them after 12 days just to see if they heard anything. I was told the day I took the ring in that someone would call within a few days to let me know if it would be fixed or if they would replace the band. I had already told them what I wanted when I dropped off the ring, all they had to do is call me with estimate but instead nobody followed thru with the service!
