With all the store closures, they now want customers to mail in their jewelry in order to keep their Lifetime Warranties. Mail away THOUSANDS of dollars of jewelry. They say they will insure it,and if lost they will replace the item, IF still available, or will refund you the purchase price. The problem with that is some of my pieces are no longer available, and the value of the jewelry now is Three times the purchase price!! How is this fair to your LOYAL customers? When will you come up with a better plan?!

I recently saw in my credit report that Littmans jewelers sold debt to a company over something that was cancelled three years ago! I am livid and have been calling and calling the store for three days with not one answer. I cancel a layaway over the phone when I went to the store the one time and they said “okay mam’ that’s fine.” Of course I made sure I could cancel the layaway as a would have bought the ring if I was sure it was the one I wanted. I recently got engaged and my fiance proposed with his grandmother's heirloom ring, which was a bit tight. I took it to Littman's on Saturday, August 22nd to have it resized, along with an emerald ring from my parents that I received as a child which was several sizes too small.
