I arrived for my appointment today, which I got a confirmation text for yesterday. When I got there, this demand letter was on the door (from two weeks prior) and they are closed. Hopefully we’ll get refunded through Groupon.
I purchased a Groupon for a couple's massage and received notice the night before that my appointment was cancelled (after scheduling three weeks out). This was pretty inconvenient because I have a pet who needs constant supervision right now and had scheduled care for him. When I tried to reschedule I discovered that this place has apparently gone out of business but they redeemed my Groupon the day after I purchased it rather than when the service was rendered (or in this case not rendered). I got a Groupon and I’m trying to book an appointment and it seems like they are out of business, I didn’t redeem my Groupon and it shows as redeem.
I am so disappointed! We had an appointment scheduled for March 20th, 2022 and I just went to schedule another one. The phone number has been disconnected! They never reached out to us to let us know the place has closed down.
