They placed a lock on our unit by mistake, and I spent three hours on the phone trying to get it removed. Their outsourced customer service in the Philippines repeatedly fell back on, “That’s what the computer says,” even though the computer was wrong because of their own clerical error. No ownership. Seanwas very nice and kind of very understanding of my situation regarding making a payment. I would highly recommend them.
All online bill pay and account service. No person on site. Use the chat option on the website and they are actually great help (even with getting a tip on how to get the initial green tag off on your first time to your unit.) Small gated facility located just past the Royal Farms.
