Not only did they take in to consideration my request and concerns, but proved there character to be of ut most respectful, friendly, and like family! Thank God I've found a safe place to take my car for repairs. :-)
I could cry motor oil, they treat me so well. Never had any problems with pricing or elongated repair times. Plus they have coffee and generally offer tootsie roles, what more could you want?
Terribly overpriced and when you pick your car up from repair, surprise! You bring it home with things that have NEVER given you issue before but are suddenly broken. You take it back to get the new issue fixed and, huh, you come home with yet ANOTHER previously unknown issue. They cost my mother THOUSANDS!
Great for everything I have been taking my 2001 Volvo S60 to James and his crew at Littles since I purchased it over a year ago. From my struts to leaks and oil changes they have never let me down. My parents also take their Jeep to get serviced there as well and have been nothing but pleased. Their prices are competitive and its worth it. I trust my Volvo in the hands of both James and Frank! Thank you all for great service! Support small local business, support Littles Garage! (Had to repost from yelp to show my support)
Competitive rates, friendly service, no "magical" costs – Man.. my car has had issues since day one. It probably was a terrible purchase looking back but hey it's the hand I was dealt. I try to do as much work on the car myself as possible, it's cheaper and I know what's being done. Problem is.. I can't replace my tire rod, changing a timing belt, or replace a wheel bearing myself. When I need that fixed, I go to Little's Garage. I try to think of myself a thrifty auto shopper. I've never just walked in and gotten work done.... read more
competitive w/o hidden costs I'm tired of seeing poor reviews for this business. I've been taking my car here for years, and will keep doing so. They are really nice to me, don't treat me like crap for being a customer, and listen to my needs. They remember who I am when I come back, understand my financial situation and help me get back on the road safely. They are competitively priced, and have never given me any issues with matching a competitor. There's always an angry customer, the world is full of them, but people need... read more
A brake noise i had I took my car in for a brake noise and was given a fair price. i called around many other local shops to check the prices and found Littles Garage to be equal or under most other estimates. They don't do a thing until i tell them to, which is great because some places I've been will do work and surprise you with a bill. I had my car the very night i dropped it off and haven't had a problem since. They are my new Mechanic.
