No one calls back from the billing office, since August, despite multiple messages left. If there are billing issues, they will not see you, but will also not return calls regarding billing issues. This is unacceptable
Doctor/Patient privacy laws. Office manager responded to correspondence clearly marked Patient/Doctor Harris. Privacy violations. Poor to no communication. Caution! Following this Doctors refill directions leads to prolonged waiting periods and ZERO notification from the office if a refill is denied because its time for a office visit. RecommendedDr. Harris and his staff are absolutely wonderful ♥️ Been a patient for nearly 20 years now and you couldn't be in better hands! I've never met a doctor or staff more dedicated, if you're not a patient, you ahould be! Littlerock Family Clinic also has an after hours clinic that is great for working individuals. Dr. Harris also has an additional clinic in Elma, directed by Dr. Ken McElroy.
First time today with Elizabeth, new NP in the office. Super service great visit! Can’t wAit to go back

I visited yesterday for a specific request visit. I’ve been there a few times before for urgent care type and such. This was the first time in a very very long time that I left a doctors office feeling like I was listened to, never lectured, the things I said I was doing to care for myself were acknowledged and I was even told good job. I left there without anxiety. I have not left a doctors office without anxiety for years! Very pleased office staff has always been kind. I recommend. :)
Their personal attention to their patients. Great bedside manner.
It is very easy to get scheduled in with them and they take the time to listen and help the best they can. Office is inviting and comfortable.
