I saw Dr Yam for a colonoscopy that I didn’t want in the first place. I was all prepped and she came in and angrily asked “Why are you here?” She completed the procedure without an issue but her conduct was extreme and she obviously didn’t want to be there. My experience wand 2 other Drs at Trinity who acted superior and as if I was wasting their time made me feel very uncomfortable and as if I have done something wrong. Not a good experience and I looked for another provider.

I had testing done last year that showed malabsorption and vitamin deficiency, as I was having severe GI issues. I was referred by my PCP, and was told they couldn’t see me for 3 or 4 months. So, I went to another facility that got me in sooner. I had a horrible experience and called Trinity to re-establish with their office. Entire office is professional, caring, and kind. I have been a patient for several years and I would highly recommend them. Sara is amazing! She takes time to listen and shows genuine concern. Erica/ nurse is a pleasure to deal with and the open line of communication is highly important.
