Slumlord Dysfunctional, unprofessional HOA. Total waste of money. They refuse to invite POC to meetings. Special assessments every year no improvements 1500 for HOA dues in a run down, drug infested community, people use a trash dumping. High crime, high dues, low value investment. Avoid my mistake avoid little and young and bill mark properties.
They force owners to pay for services they never offer. The community is full of thrash and there are break-ins, murders and home invasions on a regular basis without any communication to owners or renters. The building are falling apart but the dues increase. They even went up in 2021 during a pandemic and after all amenities were canceled due to deadly COVID virus. they get mad for a broken blind but not with these trashy people throwing their garbage out on the ground constantly. 2 units at Stewart creek use the ground below their cono for trash disposal.
Little and young are HOA managers, and they are the biggest slumlords on the planet. Absolutely unreal that this city of Fayetteville and the state of North Carolina lets them get away with everything. Little and young respond to no complaints whatsoever, and I’m not exaggerating, that they can care less about the properties they manage, and in 2 years the only reason they did long, long overdue repairs repairs of any kind, is when the city FINALLY gave them a code violation.
