Like the rest of the recent reviews. Change your staff. Felt unwelcoming nor got help. As a business owner this was so UPSETTING after living up to the hype of the dozens Instagram ads I get. They’re out of a lot of sizes for everything. Better off ordering online. There was enough time to do an individual bracelet, but was declined as a “big party” was coming. I spent about 40 minutes browsing. They need hockey and better designs. Everything looks to generic. I was so pissed as I had drove 7+ hours for this from up north!

I recently visited Little Words Project with my mom and grandma, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. Upon walking into the store, we were barely acknowledged by staff. I had to initiate the conversation to let them know I had an appointment, at which point the employee, Alyssa, informed me that I had booked incorrectly online and that she couldn’t accommodate our party of three. My sister and I had a great time making our bracelets and enjoying each other’s company, which is something we really liked about this store’s concept! However, as soon as we came in the staff was so unwelcoming. The girl that “helped” us (red headed girl- did not give us her name) was very condescending. Every time we asked a question about the different options she would literally roll her eyes at us. Terrible attitude!! We didn’t let that ruin our experience, but seriously do better about your staff!!

I really enjoyed my experience at the Little Words Project, my mom and i went in there and the manager helped us. She was super helpful even when we were asking questions about sizing especially because my mom and i made matching bracelets with different wrist sizes. Overall would recommend and even the pre-made bracelets were also super cute!

I visited Little Words Project with a friend and we had the best time. The space is cozy and full of cute bead options, and the whole vibe is so fun and relaxing. Alyssa was working while we were there and she was incredibly kind and helpful. She offered suggestions when we needed them, helped us with the finishing touches, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. If you are looking for a fun outing with great customer service, this spot is perfect.
