Loved it! Been to LWs in Austin and Houston and this was one of our favorites! Layla was amazing - very friendly and great service. Highly recommend
Sarra R was absolutely a horrible waitress. If you don’t want to work in customer service, then don’t. When we first arrived we had an AMAZING waitress named Jelena and she provided great customer service and was very welcoming. Unfortunately, we were passed off to Sarra and she made me feel like I was an inconvenience and like I was bothering her. Super cute spot but service is HORRIBLE. Server took forever to get our drink order, then took forever to bring out our fountain drinks she also took so long to even come get our food order. Never once brought us refills and when we asked she took about 30mins to even bring it out. Food and alcoholic drinks is understandable if it takes a while but her customer service and even brining out fountain drinks was unacceptable never been to a place where it take 30mins to bring out fountain drinks.
