Little Willie’s Painting Plus/Willie Rhodes was hired to paint/update our house. He provided an estimate of labor and material costs for the project, and an estimated time frame of 1-1/2 to 2 weeks. After 11 weeks, we let him know that we could not go forward with him, as he was already 9 weeks behind schedule, and there was way too much work left to do and progress was not being made.
