Deville Apartments was home for 2 years. We kept our place as nice as any homeowners would. Upon our departure we were told after 1. Steam cleaning carpets 2. Spackling walls 3. Bare bones cleaning that Deville would be keeping our security deposit and billing us $928 for replacement of carpet that WAS NOT REPLACED BEFORE WE MOVED IN! Complete joke of a company, I would rather rent a shed from a homeless person than rent from these people ever again!!!
