After booking a private appointment and flying in from three different states, we expected better service than what we got. The sales consultant basically only pushed the sample sale rack dresses on the bride and didn't show her anything new (and told her up front that they were trying to get rid of 50% of the sample rack dresses over the weekend.) She was told she'd have to have the very dirty and snagged dress independently cleaned and repaired on her own dime. When the appointment time was up she shuffled us out quickly. ... read more

She was so comforting and helpful in picking the dresses that fit my style and wedding venue. I cannot even begin to explain what a blessing this bridal shop was to me! I left my first appointment at another store thinking I'd never find the dress. My confidence had hit rock bottom. From the second I walked into the store I felt special and taken care of! Though I was not able to purchase the dress I found, Lesia was still there to encourage me through the process. Lesia at LWD made my dress shopping experience very special. She was so considerate and helpful. I ended up finding the dress that I loved, but I still had an appointment at another place to look at dresses and wanted to keep it just in case.
