I have eaten pho at most of the restaurants in Wichita. I would put this at the bottom of the list. The broth was not flavorful. It tasted watery almost like it was made from instant pho broth you would get at the asian market. The noodles were overcooked, and they actually use the wide noodles instead of rice noodles. And I thought that it was a little bit pricey for what you get. $44 for 2 bowls and egg rolls. I got the special pho that had tripe and tendon beef and meatball. A gem for unique, authentic Vietnamese food! If you are looking for Vietnamese cuisine beyond the usual pho and vermicelli, Little Vietnam Kitchen is an absolute must-visit. We’ve been twice now, and it has quickly become a favorite. Their dumplings are excellent, and the Chicken and Shrimp Skewers are incredibly delicious.
