You should really look into this company before building with them!
Lacey was a great agent to work with, we love our house, the place is peaceful, 20 minutes from SLC downtown, 20 to the Airport. We love it! Reviewed 08/13/2025 there is a water leak from the master bedroom bathroom over the main entrance. according to the guarantee employee, because I changed a bathtub drain, which I also changed in my daughter's bathroom the guarantee is voided. So in a few words don't make any improvement in your house before the 1 year.
Quit building your cheap and horrible looking community homes. You cut corners at every turn very poor quality you pretty much ruined Magna and the view of the new high school
