If you care for your health DO NOT go there. I went in for testing and after waiting for results that only takes 2 days I was informed I wasn't tested properly. Went back in for what was supposed to be the right testing and now more then a week later still no results. Everyone seems to be asleep at the wheel. Time to contact management.
It takes weeks to get a response via the portal. Billing issues take forever to resolve. This clinic used to be great, but not any more. I’m moving to a new provider.
Used to be wonderful, but customer service and patient care are now non-existent.
After several years of being a patient here I’m finally leaving because no one ever answers the phone and it’s the most frustrating thing ever. I have called countless times over the last 2 years and I have left portal messages as well and they respond weeks later when it’s too late. In addition, i woke up early to drive my kid to childcare and drive all the way up there only to have them tell me my appointment wasn’t there. Everyone who works here should be fired and put on trial for malpractice. They literally hang up the phone on you if you somehow make it through to the main desk and tell you to use the patient portal that constantly changes. At least once a year they tell you they’re switching to a new patient portal and it’s never better than the last and usually worse.
