If you care for your health DO NOT go there. I went in for testing and after waiting for results that only takes 2 days I was informed I wasn't tested properly. Went back in for what was supposed to be the right testing and now more then a week later still no results. Everyone seems to be asleep at the wheel. Time to contact management.
It takes weeks to get a response via the portal. Billing issues take forever to resolve. This clinic used to be great, but not any more. I’m moving to a new provider.
Used to be wonderful, but customer service and patient care are now non-existent.
After several years of being a patient here I’m finally leaving because no one ever answers the phone and it’s the most frustrating thing ever. I have called countless times over the last 2 years and I have left portal messages as well and they respond weeks later when it’s too late. In addition, i woke up early to drive my kid to childcare and drive all the way up there only to have them tell me my appointment wasn’t there.
