Used to be wonderful, but customer service and patient care are now non-existent.
After several years of being a patient here I’m finally leaving because no one ever answers the phone and it’s the most frustrating thing ever. I have called countless times over the last 2 years and I have left portal messages as well and they respond weeks later when it’s too late. In addition, i woke up early to drive my kid to childcare and drive all the way up there only to have them tell me my appointment wasn’t there. Everyone who works here should be fired and put on trial for malpractice. They literally hang up the phone on you if you somehow make it through to the main desk and tell you to use the patient portal that constantly changes. At least once a year they tell you they’re switching to a new patient portal and it’s never better than the last and usually worse.
Absolutely amazing! I felt like I was listened for once. Very caring staff .
Update: Now when you call they answer and go beyond their means to help. Excellent job. NO ONE answers the phone. I have to drive to the office to make an appointment. Why? I was told that lack of help, but I saw three women at the front desk. Now their doctors and staff a very good (since Munson has taken over) but come on.
