We followed Dr. Chartier from our area and were told we could do televisits. It sounded pretty simple until paperwork got involved. They literally lost every text we sent, blamed it on us and then "found them in a pile of stuff on a desk." And that was after being told I should go "pay to have the faxes sent" insinuating we didn't know how to send a fax. You can't reach ANYONE by phone and if you do they just switch you to another answering machine. This office staff is inept and uncaring to their patients, so WE LEFT!!!
If you care for your health DO NOT go there. I went in for testing and after waiting for results that only takes 2 days I was informed I wasn't tested properly. Went back in for what was supposed to be the right testing and now more then a week later still no results. Everyone seems to be asleep at the wheel. Time to contact management.
