My experience is terrible. She does not care about you as a patient. I can not get an appointment with her any quicker than a month out. If I have any health problems, I am told to visit immediate care at a higher cost
I was seen as a new patient today by Dr.Little. I could not have been more impressed or happier with my visit. Dr Little listened patiently to me and addressed all my concerns. She is definitely a caring and knowledgeable physician. Her team was also top notch. Her receptionist,nurse and lab tech were all great and made me feel at ease. Can not say enough good things about this practice!!
I'm being kind leaving one star. My mother has never been treated in such a rude manner. I had to take her to hospital in Raleigh at the ER to get proper treatment Please find someone who will care for you and not dismiss you, your life may depend on it.
Appointments are relatively easy to get on short notice during her regular office hours and the wait time is not long. However, she is not particularly accessible. I often feel my concerns are dismissed and she doesn't realize I'm an educated, responsible individual.
