RecommendedThe food is great! Price point is great as well! While the employees and owners are sweet, the service is mediocre at best. I place to go orders and they tell me 20 minutes and I will show up at that time and it’s still another 30 minutes. The dining in service is slow and I often have to track down to get refills, check etc. I have been going here for years due to the food but it’s still very frustrating.
Don’t judge a book by its cover!!! We’ve driven by This restaurant 1 million times and skipped over it. Today we finally stopped and our biggest regret is not having tried it years ago! Watching chef John work is truly mesmerizing, the service is good, friendly, fun and the food is amazing, if you like Japanese cuisine and sushi it is a must try!
The owners are very friendly and personable. We love eating here say it night. Lunch is less crowded then dinner but the food is great no matter what time of day.
Really Good!!! Firecrackers and Snow Mountain Rolls were the fav’s 🤤😋
Wonderful and very affordable Japanese Restaurant area. The wait staff are very kind and eager to help explain the menu items, and the owners are also very generous. Be wary that they do have lots of things not on the menu as well, so always ask if they have anything that’s not on the menu!
great food at a great price
No silverware, chopsticks, or napkin upon sitting down. Requested a straw for drink, was told they're out of stock. Ordered vegetable tempura received chicken tempura (I'm vegetarian). When pointed this out to wait staff, he brought the bill and charged for vegetable tempura. When requested to speak to the manager, the manager didn't even come out...he simply had staff take tempura meal off the bill. Never once was offered an apology or to have correct meal made. The owners are amazing and the food is delicious
Waited 1 hour to get our drinks ordered, then another hour to get the drinks and place our food order. The server brought out the adult food first and the kids had to wait another 15 minutes! Then their order was wrong so they had to wait again. We were there for 3 hours! 😖
