Where do I start with this awful, crooked, lying, conning place they call a business. Back In April my husband and I needless to say purchased a vehicle from at time was named Pops' Credit Connect/Car Place at 1101 W. Division St. In a written contract we insisted they fix the power steering and some more minor things and both parties agreed. I just recently just bought a car here a month ago. At first I though everything was okay until FOR ONE they double charged me twice for tax, tile and registration and I have the black and white to prove im being double charged. Once it was brought to the attention of management no one nolonger started to be available. Noone contacted us back up until I receive a text stated I missed a payment that I never owed them. This establishment engages in extremely unprofessional business practices. I fell behind on payments and I do fully understand that is on me however they attempt to use scare tactics and lies to try to resolve issues. Including behaviors such as telling references that they have their signatures and they were co-signers on the car and telling me the Sheriffs department was waiting for me down stairs at my work. We did not tell her references that they were cosigners. We are a small business that conducts business in a professional manner. We do not have a tracking unit on her car, if we did we would have picked up the car already. She is creating multiple complaints with the BBB, and all we are doing is trying to conduct business with her. We have tried everything we can to work with Becky. I was buying a car from there everything was fine up until a new owner come along... Ive put cash in a sealed envelope in the drop box 8 times and nothing happened to it.... My last car payment was put in the box saturday night... It was stolen sunday morning they came and repoed my car tuesday morning... That place stole my car to put it back on the lot for resale

We do not have a new owner. Mr. **** did not put cash in our drop box 8 times previously. The Owner himself checks our drop box for money orders every Sunday, there was not an envelope with cash in it. We are trying to grow our business, and help more people purchase and keep vehicles. We do not repo vehicles unless the client does not pay on the vehicle. Thank you
