By being honest instead of ripping people off. I went there to inquire about getting my 16 foot utility trailer re-floored. I ws told it would cost $200.00. I dropped it off on Monday morning, and was told it should be ready either Thursday or Friday. Friday I called to check on it, no answer, but I received a call back in a few minutes.
