I definitely would not recommend this place! On March 25th I made a reservation for 1 night in a cottage, I paid my deposit and have been planning our upcomming visit for my sons 3rd birthday. However, on June 25th ( 3 MONTHS after I made my reservation) I received an email saying that they require a 2 night minimum on stays, which does not work with my work schedule. I did not see this anywhere on the website and keep in mind i didnt get this email until 3 months later, the week before our stay. what really makes me mad is ... read more
Great place for fishing outings
Nice clean affordable place to stay. Nice landlords
nice concept not too bad of a layout...but what really disappointed me was my cottage (cottage 12) had major electrical problems... ceiling fan or light didn't work lamp didn't work outside lights didn't work nor did outside power...which I found that out the hard way by being forced to cut my fishing trip a day short due to dead batteries after charging all night. that's what upset me the most and ultimately costing me an extra night stay for absolutely no reason. if I wasn't going to fish that day I never would have stayed... read more

We LOVE Little Ted's! We go every summer!
My husband and daughters brought me there for the weekend of you birthday. Many other members of my family ended up joining us. We all found Little Teds cottages to be a lovely experience. The pool was nice. The bathrooms in the vintage cottages definitely need work but other then that it was great. Definitely plan to go back again.
