Called after receiving a postcard for a reminder to have our septic pumped. Appreciated the reminder, and took the next booking which was a month out. In the meantime, between the warm weather and a full tank, septic gasses started coming into the house. We dealt with it because we knew there was an appointment scheduled. From my experience with this company they operate under the motto "the customer is always wrong". Time and time again they have had issues providing me with a very simple service, and when those problems arise they're management is quick to pass the fault on to the customer. They have tried to charge me for services they did not provide, missed services without notifying me, and now 3 months after ending my contract with them are still asking for payment of a bill which has already been paid. We used Little Stinkers for our race and they were GREAT! Delivery and Pick up were easy to schedule and the units were in great condition - very clean. They are community supporters and provide a excellent customer service and portable toilets. We will be using them again.
