Doctors are nice , front desk isn’t consistent . They remind you to bring the insurance cards but often forget to ask for it when you check in. They need to get an online portal for payments and such. Their paper statements are so far behind you walk in or call and are notified about a past due balance that you had no idea about because you’ve already paid one statement as soon as you got it .

I’ve written this review and not posted it so many times because of the hope it’ll get better. My kids have been coming here sense they were so little. And up until like 2 years ago everything was fine my usual dr was Megan . But once they started switching me drs is when problems began. I will give 3 of the many incidents we’ve been thru that I think are absolutely inexcusable. 1. Recently my daughter went into a sick visit. Seemed like a cold she had a red eye too was crusty.
