I’ve been bringing both my babies here since they were born. We have always had an amazing experience with all of the staff and doctors here at this facility. One thing that stuck out to me right away was their kindness, and willingness to step in and help when I’m juggling the two kids. They are always are able to get my kiddos in for a sick visit within 48 hours. The staff helps my toddler to feel reassured and safe even during vaccination visits. If I could put zero stars, I would. They refused to see my babies at their night clinic because I didn’t have the physical copy of their insurance cards. The provider already looked bothered when she saw us walk in. They had no one there, btw. It baffles me how a “medical professional” can refuse care to the youngest of them all over an insurance card. Yes, my babies both have medical insurance too.
Little step pediatrics is one of the best places I have been to:)
