Little Steps was able to accommodate my schedule and get my son in quickly for OT. He loves going and is already benefiting from his sessions there after just over a month.
My kiddo still talks about her beloved SLP therapist Ms Abbey! I will ask what day is it- 7 months later she will still say " play time with Ms Abbey or today is Friday on Fridays we go to speech with Ms Abby. " We loved our time at the park ridge location, impeccably clean with a huge gym and calming rooms. But our speech therapist really helped my kid bloom. Her different tones, calming presence and expressive features really captivated my hyper 4 yr old.
Ivy rehabs is the worst company /criminals i have ever witnessed. How ever little steps therapists the best. But that is over shadowed by ivy’s completely criminal back office who threats you with ever contact. We had thousands of dollars billing mistake on there fault and did not exist and committed furad to clear up on ther side and then just this outstanding balance just disappeared. They have done wonders working with my son in both occupational and speech therapy. With their help and instruction he has made great strides.
My son Got diagnosed with type 1 and had to miss a few sessions, Leah went ahead and filled his spot without my knowledge or consent. My son didn’t deserve to be passed up and forgotten about like that so I’ll give this company 0 stars if I could
