Before starting, they made us go back to our pediatrician for extensive paperwork, even though we already had a neurologist’s letter stating services were medically necessary. It felt like unnecessary hurdles. The sessions themselves felt rushed, and the focus seemed to be on scheduling as many services as possible rather than providing quality, individualized care. We’ve had a great experience at Little Steps. Miss Alexa and Miss Olivia are fantastic and really care about their patients. The location is also very convenient.
We just started here, but had a good experience with our evaluation. Our clinician engaged with our baby and got him to do all the parts of the assessment. Their space is clean, conveniently located and has plenty of room for services.
We have loved working with Miss Nikki. She is so good with our infant, and she put all our concerns at ease. She helps explain to us how to help our daughter continue to make growth. She is kind, knowledgeable, and patient. Everyone at Little Steps Highland Park has been helpful and easy to work with. I recommend Little Steps to anyone!
This is a great place for baby PT! Nikki and the whole team here are excellent. They have really helped strengthen my babys neck and help guide us through the process of getting a helmet. Would definitely recommend!
