We started seeing Nikki Kaufman for my son's torticollis diagnosis at 6 weeks. She is an absolutely amazing physical therapist. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, she is so personable and wonderful with the babies. It was a great comfort to know that he was in such good hands with her and that she genuinely cared about him and his progress. My son really evolved with the support amazing therapists from Little Steps (OT, ST, PT). Sarah and Alexa are amazing professionals and I am so grateful I found them! They also do everything they can to accommodate your child's schedule.
Little Steps is great. From the front desk to the end of the therapy session everyone at little steps is helpful, professional, and caring. The therapists make sure you re kept up to date on all the progress in each session. They work hard to make sure your child gets what they need.
The therapy is fine, but the billing is weird and disorganized. You don’t get statements and bills in the mail, they just charge your credit card on file for every service and what they charged was more than what my insurance company said I should owe per my insurance company explanation of benefits. The extra money you pay becomes a credit on your account, but there is no way to know this unless you dig because again, you don’t receive any kind of correspondence explaining what you’re paying for.
