It was good and very helpful
This place was awesome. I have 4 kids and even with being new patients there we were in an out. Everyone was super nice and professional. UPDATE: Second time visiting and once again we were in and out & everything was fast. We had to get X-rays to see if my daughters thumb was broke they took her X-rays, sent them in for an official answer an called me within an hour to tell me the results.
They were so sweet and loving with my girl, and we were in and out in like half an hour. Ear infections are never fun, but they made the process as painless as possible. I've been to some truly terrible urgent cares, and Little Spurs remains at the tippy top of my list! The Grand Prairie location has also been stellar.
Came here two times when each of my twins fractured their femur. Doctors were so friendly and helpful. My concerns were always addressed and I never felt dismissed. The nurse staff were incredible with my rowdy two year old son. The office has fun colorful walls to entertain my kids with Ispy while we waited for our care. I have never felt more seen and well taken care of by a medical office.
