Update: The Manager Jennifer reached out and very compassionate and kind to corrected the problem. The bedside manner of the urgent care doctor was very empathetic, thorough, and not rushed which is rare. However when front desk informed you that it’ll 1-2 hours for meds to be processed that means the doctor will take that long to send in the script to the pharmacy.
