Took my toddler in for a (suspected) sprained ankle and they were quick, kind & efficient. Was able to get an xray done and was in/out within 45 mins!
Waited for 30 minutes to get back and waited another hour just sitting there no one came in to check in on us nothing. Child was complaining she was ready to go home because we waited and still saw no doctor will not be back for service front desk was really nice but when taken to the back and haven’t seen the doctor is sad when focused on one patient that was a walk in and I schedule my appointment ahead of time.
I took my son in today to be seen and i was told you dont give steroid shots to help someone feel better. Me as an adult we i go to pcp even with allergies they give me one to help me recover fast. I was told by the doctor they dont have steroid shots there in clinic which is a lie because i called another lil spur urgent care and said they do give thoes shots. Andrea , Mariah, Amy they all were so nice and helpful I love this clinic because your in and out so fast but what I don’t like is that ever time that I take my son for a every bad cough they won’t give him anything
