The doctor was amazing and very friendly but the girls who took my daughter’s vitals were very rude! And literally look at you like you’re crazy. They need to hire better staff
Best for Pediatric Urgent care, Kids friendly atmosphere kept pretty clean and neat. Both the staff and doctors are kind and patiently listen and provide care and assistance as needed. Waiting time display based on booked appointment and walk in appointment in TV screen was great, that's kept us informed and stopped us from going to front desk on whose next.
We visited today because of unexplainable irritation on both ears of my autistic niece. The NP quickly said it was eczema from the heat without doing a proper exam, she didn’t even check for a cut and we can see she has unexplainable cut. What was most frustrating is that both the nurse and NP began comparing my niece’s skin irritation to their own experiences or their children’s when I asked if it normal to have the same irritation on both ears.
